Se compromete a no vender a través de nuestro servicio ningún material ilegal, molesto, calumniante, insultante, peligroso, dañino, vulgar, obsceno o en general inapropiado. No deberá además vender ningún material que pueda incitar a conductas que puedan resultar en ofensas criminales, generar responsabilidad civil o que infrinjan las leyes y normas vigentes.

El vendedor deberá indemnizar a Todocharro.com por cualesquiera pérdidas que ésta pueda sufrir como resultado de los anuncios, excepto en el caso en que dichas pérdidas sean consecuencia de la actuación u omisión de Todocharro.com.
Será responsabilidad exclusiva del vendedor, y en ningún caso de Todocharro.com, proporcionar al comprador toda la información necesaria en relación a los artículos vendidos en Subasta en lo que respecta a su origen, composición, calidad, fecha de fabricación, fecha de caducidad, instrucciones de uso, o cualquier otra información relevante.
En ningún caso asumiremos responsabilidades por razón de los fallos, faltas u omisiones por parte de su proveedor de servicios de telecomunicaciones, o fallos o faltas en sus equipos o servicios.
Tarifas
Todas las transacciones: inserciones, ventas, suscripciones, etc. estarán sujetas a nuestra lista estándar de tarifas. Promociones
Las promociones u ofertas no afectarán los términos y condiciones del presente, según se hará constar expresamente en las mismas, y sólo mientras éstas duren. Las promociones se harán a través de una sola inserción por individuo o empresa.
Manipulación
Usted en ningún caso manipulará el precio de un artículo ni interferirá en los anuncios de otros usuarios. Con carácter enunciativo, pero no limitativo, usted no deberá: (a) pujar en un anuncio en el que usted sea el vendedor, ni procurar o incitar a otra persona para que lo haga por usted; (b) contactar con los pujadores de un anuncio con artículos en venta para ofrecerles artículos parecidos a los anunciados; o (c) pujar o realizar pagos utilizando un Nombre de Usuario falso.
Modificación del Servicio
Todocharro.com se reserva el derecho a modificar o interrumpir el servicio en el caso de haber cambios en las leyes o en nuestros requisitos de funcionamiento. No nos haremos responsables de las pérdidas que usted pueda sufrir debido a que tengamos que modificar o interrumpir el servicio debido a circunstancias ajenas a nuestro control en el caso de que avisemos con al menos 30 días de antelación. Bajo circunstancias excepcionales que escapen a nuestro control puede que nos veamos obligados a modificar o interrumpir el servicio avisando con un plazo menor de antelación.
